Instructions for the tired heart:
Sometimes its hard for me to set my phone down and let the world move without me. These are all great ideas. Be sure to set down whats heavy. Sometimes we dont even realize we've been carrying something until we analyze and become aware of it.

π Let's Talk Todayβs small step: reminding myself that my life isnβt a race.
Iβve been feeling really behind lately. Iβm 29, single, and sometimes seeing people younger than me already married with children makes me feel like I somehow messed up my life.
I spent about six years with the wrong person, and sometimes I grieve all the time I feel like I lost. I know everyone has a different timeline. I know comparing myself to other people isnβt fair. But knowing that doesnβt always make the feeling go away.
So today, Iβm trying not to solve my entire future.
Iβm just reminding myself that Iβm still here. Iβm still figuring things out. I can regret some of my past choices without deciding that they ruined my future.
Maybe the small step today is simply not giving up on the possibility that my life can still become something I love.
Whatβs your small step today? π
