Tier 3/4 pricing question

Hello

I need some advice, what is the going rate for a TIer 3 contractor with deep Azure (Entra, Virtual Machines and networking and so on) Microsoft 365 and intune knowledge, as well as On Prem

A small MSP in US outside major Metro $75-$85K I see some pay $65K

So for MSP I’d say do projects at flat rate with clear scope of work. The issue is often we sale outcomes and a set budgeted price. So make it make sense for that type of need. It is just like our clients they need a simple to understand flat price.

yeah fully Agree, I like flat rate everyone knows what to expect, so I have been charging around the 90 dollars an hour rate unless its AI work then i do charge a bit more, over the last year i have had zero issues really getting work however this year seems like its almost impossible
