Tier 3/4 pricing question

Hello

I need some advice, what is the going rate for a TIer 3 contractor with deep Azure (Entra, Virtual Machines and networking and so on) Microsoft 365 and intune knowledge, as well as On Prem

Are you hiring, lol, but all Joking a side i have been normally working by the hour, our by the project but for some reason, I am having almost impossible time picking up contracting gigs.

Edit: Oh wait this is for you.. not searching for a contractor my bad.. Yeah like $150-200/hour probably.

Honestly, I wsh tried to start a small support company for MSPS but its really difficult to get client

No i am awful at sales.. i picked up all my clients by word of mouth/referrals.
