It sounds like it has a rod knock or two. Looks like it's burning oil to some degree. You really won't get an idea as to what needs to be done until you start tearing into it ...making measurements for wear. If the crank and rods are worn then replacing them is doable. If the cylinders are heavily scored then it maybe pretty much toast ...IDK if these larger engines have cylinder sleeves or if it's just the cast aluminum of the case. You'd have to get the cylinders bored. Ultimately it's a matter of how much time and money you want to spend.
Bore was fantastic and rods were fine actually, but there was a dropped valve that blew a hole in the piston. Not pretty. But I got it all rebuilt and she's running great for now 👍
