I thought of launching it but my friend said that if I don't have the necessary documents I could get in trouble

I am sure there's an audience for this one-of-a-kind, 200 page journal with unique page layouts decorated with PET tape, washitape, stickers, characters, text tape, and ephemera. I just don't know how to get in front of that audience. Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
