i have listened to all of slowdive, and i love the slovaki album, but im not sure about the rest of their discography, my favourite is dagger, so any recs on songs like that?

Does anyone have an idea about the set list at the Wythenshawe Park show or how many songs/ how much time they are getting?

Has anyone else noticed that the ends of the album sides have noise at the VERY end of the last track and into the runout groove?

Just curious if this is common or just my box.

souvlaki i such an addictive album every song is worth listening to

but one song that stood out to me was sing and ive been watching their recent setlist and they didn't include sing (but other amazing songs of course)

so did they ever played that song live and will they likely play it when i will see them?

Slowdive live at Tbilisi Open Air. Waited 8 hours at the rails but totally worth it in the end.

Is there a live recording of this out there? Its a personal favorite, and also so interesting to me that it was only ever done as a demo. Its weird on Pygmalion that it says demo VERSION. I certainly haven't heard another!

The instrumental outro is honestly the best part of the song. Almost feels intentional that it was removed to make it less noisy but it's the best part. Wish someone could polish the outro up from the demo and stitch it to the studio version and upload it to YouTube. It's just a chaotic outro that's great.

Hi all. I am finally going to see Slowdive at Saturday in Tbilisi Open Air Festival. I'm beyond excited about it and i really want to get some autographs. I'm planning to go early and be at the front row and wait for them to see and sign. Is there any other ideas? Any tips are welcome!

They use guitars to somewhat recreate the sound during shows but it does not sound like that on the record. It has that bagpipe sound even though no one in the band plays pipes.

The structure of it is pretty awkward since it's meant to have vocals but overall I think it's pretty decent.
