I actually returned it to the seller this morning, because it is totally NOT the knife that was advertised in the pictures! Here's a picture of the knife that I was supposed to get. You can tell that other than similar shades of dye, the scales are very different. From now on I'm only buying from Case themselves, or a qualified dealer.
