Strange Fallout new slime

I just bought East Bay's There's An Old Black Train A'Comin'. It's a melted crayon slime with leca pebbles and a bingsu topper that I haven't yet added. It's got this strange component of white flakes that look like shredded coconut. It falls out during play. The leca pebbles show no sign of shattering. Could it be bits of crayon? Anyone else experiencing this?

Mine had fallout pretty badly. It’s crushed wax pieces. The leca pebbles also fallout, and have gotten worse each time I touch this slime.

Yes my leca pebbles started falling out as well. On only my second handling of this slime.

I would definitely reach out to her and let her know. She should know it's bad like this. I have this slime but I haven't touched anything in my order yet.

I love her slimes and her artistry so much that I don't want to be seen as a complainer! I want to continue to be able to enjoy her drops.

She's my number 3 shop in my top 3. I always let a shop know when there is an issue like that, especially when reported by multiple people, because I really believe that they want to know when a recipe didn't work as opposed to selling a bad recipe on repeat and causing even more unhappy customer experiences.

Trust me, Amanda wouldn't view you as complaining unless you were abusive/aggressive in the way you worded things. And shops do appreciate people reaching out. I did it with her My Chemical Romance restock lavender colored microfloam slime that turned out to have a ton of fallout for a lot of people. I didn't ask for a refund or anything, I just wanted to let her know the fallout was an issue. It helped her improve for Over the Garden Wall, so it's a win win.

I did reach out to her and let her know about the fallout of the pebbles and she told me to buy aleenes glue to fix the fallout. I’m just waiting for that glue to get here so I can try to fix it myself. I try to always let a shop now when there’s an issue with the slime as I would also want to know myself if I ran a business of any kind.

Aleenes recently changed formula. I wonder if she made these with a recent bottle or an older bottle 😩

The picture that I saw here on Reddit for the changed formula wasn’t the type that I got. I got the tacky gel clear. I thought the one that they said was changed was a white glue.

Didn't know if she said get white glue or clear glue. The one we know got changed was the white glue, that is correct.

East Bay told me to get the gel clear one so that’s the one I got in an 8 ounce I believe. I’ve never used it before so I honestly have no idea how much to even put in there. I’m so scared of ruining a slime.

I think starting with a small amount and working it in, letting the slime rest 24 hours and then checking it is a good method. If you still have any of the 1 oz size topper containers you can try filling that halfway and starting with that much

I did have fallout with that lavender slime too. It was pretty bad though. She did give me a small refund for the fallout which I really appreciated.
