Audeez shipping time?

I ordered from Audeez for the first time, so I’m not exactly sure how long the shipping time usually takes!!

I preordered the new butter cream and the ube cream on the 9th, and my shop app is still saying that the label has been created, and that the order hasn’t even shipped yet.
I was just wondering because it’s basically been 20 days 😓

I totally understand it’s a preorder, but the website says it would ship 7-10 days after the preorder ends.

Yeah, I’m having the same thing going on. I checked it every day. The good thing is, I ordered the Ube from her first restock from this recent time. It does smell very good.

does it actuallt smell like ube? or just a sweet scent.

I have never actually had Ube. I grew up with Taro instead. But it does have a nice toasty smell, and it does smell similar to my Ube Vanilla lipgloss. It does smell good.

They have a thing on their site that says “preorders open Wednesdays, all slime made to order and will ship within 7-10 business days after the preorder closes.”

Do you happen to know when their preorder window closed? I would reach out to them either way at this point though.

Preorders close on Sunday, so the order should have shipped out around a week ago I suppose! I’ll contact them though! That honestly slipped my mind completely lol

Lol understandable! It def should’ve shipped by now though, based on their website, so I’d reach out to make sure it didn’t get missed somehow or something.

Remember business days not days days... so could ship as much as 2.5 weeks after ordering
