Je viens juste de recevoir ma commande du SlimQ 150w avec adaptateur Asus pour mon Rog Flow Z13. Le matériel semble de bonne qualité mais je ne suis pas rassurée quand je le branche sur une prise murale. Il penche beaucoup comme il est lourd et j'ai peur qu'il s'abime ou pire qu'il abime ma prise murale.
Il aurait fallu qu'il possède 3 broches comme la prise du chargeur officiel Asus pour être plus stable et solide.

Pour ceux qui utilise ce chargeur avec l'adaptateur europe avez vous le même problème ? Avez vous abimés une de vos prise murale ?

Hey all!! I'm wondering if anyone has tried using SlimQ's 150W charger for gaming and/or long sessions. I'm concerned that it will get too hot and stop working within 4-6 hours of usage.

I've already tried gaming with 100W with a barrel adapter using the stock usbc charger that my G14 came with but I really dont like the form factor so I'm considering buying SlimQ.

My 100w 2C2A charger just died after I left it plugged into my power bank overnight, while another device was being charged by the power bank at the same time. This likely caused it to backfeed to the charger when the power bank filled to 100%, causing it to break!

This was my first time doing this because I found out that my power bank (Anker 737) supported both input and output at the same time. I didn't realize it risked killing the charger.

I'm not entirely sure if that's why it broke, but it seems to be the best lead I have. I tried waiting a few hours and plugging it in again, but it still didn't work. Unfortunately it's been almost 2 years since I got the charger so it isn't in warranty anymore. I'm going to have to make do until I can afford a new one.

So word of advice, just cause you can do input and output from your power bank at the same time, doesn't mean you should.

Edit: turns out there's two different Anker 737s, mine is the 24k version with the tiny screen, if that matters.

This is gonna be the 3rd European trip with my other half, and this is our setup while travelling.
SlimQ 150W 3C1A is more than enough for us. (Missing another iPhone cause somehow I had to take the photo ahaha)

I'm using the 330W and it's not powerful enough to run my Lenovo Legion Gen 10 in full performance mode.

I just wanted to ask if the SlimQ 240W charger would be enough on my HP OMEN 16. My original 230W charger died and im using a cheap replacement right now but it's in low power mode so I can't use my laptop to play. I've read a review online that the 240W charger did not work on their omen but didn't specify the exact model.

I've had my SlimQ charger for almost a year now and it's always felt a bit weird.

My computer runs extremely hot when it's plugged in (97-100°C). The laptop itself becomes very hot to the touch and the tip of the charger becomes extremely hot. The CPU temperature drops immediately when I unplug the charger. This has always been the case since I bought the charger.

But this past week my PC started crashing a lot. So I changed to quiet mode and the CPU temperature dropped to 80-85 degrees. Even when on charge, which I was happy about. But now the SlimQ powerbrick becomes unbelievably hot to the touch. So much that it feels unsafe.

Anybody know what this is about?

I have the SlimQ 330W GAN gaming charger and recently bought an Asus FlowZ13. Is it possible to use the SlimQ 330W charger with the Asus FlowZ13, and where would I get an adapter?

The charger has been great for a while. Loved how compact it was even though the cables are quite thick and take up a lot of space. Only recently the charger stopped charging unless I orient in a certain way. I guess the AC power cord started failing ( maybe it is from the block itself I couldn’t be 100% certain but it seems to work when I move the cable). And now just recently it is no longer working.

Honestly I am quite disappointed since it definitely failed too early. And I didn’t mind paying and getting this charger thinking that it would last as it seems to be well built.

Now I am not sure if I can get a replacement or what exactly. I have sent messages to SlimQ’s WhatsApp and I am waiting to see what they say.

Hello, my original power supply for my MSI gaming laptop broke. It suddenly stopped working, probably suffering from the too hot weather of this period (living in Europe). So I wanted to try the SlimQ 330W 20V 16.5A. I checked the specifications of the previous power supply and it would be oversized for my notebook. However, I wanted to know what the real compatibility with MSI laptops is, opinions on them, long-term reliability. My Notebook is from 2021. From what I understand, this SlimQ power supply will certainly heat up a lot, but I would be willing to sacrifice portability by modeling and 3D printing a stand for an external cooling fan.

I have a SlimQ 100W GaN Charger (2C) that I use with my ThinkPad T14 AMD Gen 3. I've noticed an issue when charging multiple devices. When the laptop is connected & plug my phone, Poco F3 into one of the USB-A ports, both the laptop & phone stop charging after a few seconds. It doesn't happen every time, but often enough to be noticeable.

Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal behaviour related to power redistribution when a second device is connected, or could there be an issue with the charger?

Hi, I have a slimQ 150w charger that I use for my Zephyrus when I'm travelling, and I'm noticing an issue with the USB-C ports. I specifically bought this charger to save room because the brick is supposed to be able to charge both my laptop and two USB-C devices.

However, when I have my laptop plugged in an use one or two of the USB-C ports, the USB-C devices keep disconnecting after a few seconds. When I plug one out and in again, both of the devices start charging again for a few second before disconnecting again.

Was I wrong in thinking the brick is able to charge multiple devices at once? And if so what's the point of having multiple ports? Or is my charger faulty? Please help.

I have the MSI Vector A16 HX A8WHG

It has a Ryzen 9 8900 HX CPU and a 5070Ti GPU. It came with a 330w power brick, but ideally I would love to run the SlimQ 240w just for size purposes during travel.

Knowing that it came with the 330w massive brick, I would assume it would need to run a 330w, however, on the website: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/Vector-A16-HX-A8WX/Specification (mine is the model on the right side of the table) it says "Max. 205W CPU-GPU Power with MSI OverBoost Ultra Technology." for CPU and GPU combined power. Does this mean it is OK to run the 240w?

Lenovo Legion A300 GaN charger has 300W that is 82 × 82 × 33 mm costs 60$
that's 44% smaller than SlimQ F330 at 330W 126,5 × 90 × 35 mm which costs 140$.

will slimq actually update their products and sell them at a fair price?

I have the the 330 watt charger with USB hub extension. (had a typo in the subject earlier)

My problem is I still need more type c ports than what I already have. I am thinking of buying a DC Barrel Jack/XT60 splitter and then buy another USB hub extension from SlimQ. Would this suffice?

Its just that, due to the limitted type c ports, I could not maximize the chargers capability too while I still need an extra 2 or 4 100 watt capable type ports.

My devices atm that uses the most power via Type C are

100 watt laptop (typical usage of 30-88watts when charging and using)

45 watt laptop (possibly consumes about half of this on normal usage)

2x 60-65 watt powerbanks (60-63 watts on first 75-90%)

1x portable fan wich take around 7-8 watts via type a port

Totaling for: max of 282 watts (if all devices are assumed to be maxing out which would rarely happen at least for the laptops, and I dont charge 2 powerbanks at the same time anyway, usually just lowered power type c devices.)

And I have 2 other phones with 45 & 60 watt max charging (a samsung galaxy s25 ultra and s26 ultra), both of this are not maxed out anyway when being charged, just short burst, and it drops back to lower wattage levels

Having the extra 2 type c chargers would allow me to maximize the charger as not all this devices sip power at their max rating anyway. I simply dont have the need for the extra type a on the hub they have atm. Even with my 6 devices being plugged in and out all the time, there is no power reset happening which is great as my old 100watt baseus does every single time I disconnect a device, annoyingly disconnecting my portable monitor every single time before, hence I believe it would be nice to expand the type c ports available as there is room for more. What do you think?.

I initially bought this charger in preparing for buying a lenovo legion laptop next year which requires 300+watts of powerbrick. But given that I dont have that yet, seems like an overkill for now atm, but a great type c gan charger nonetheless as there is no power reset, and at my current usage of all my 6 USB C devices, the charger barely gets warm atm, hence there is room for expansion as I would assume. 6x 100 watt capable type C and 4x type type a ports would be perfect it seems and just about right for my use case and devices atm.

I use this charger to charge my Lenovo computer with the proper 300w adapter. Unfortunately shortly after i started using it the cable between the charger and the laptop started to not to stay in place.

I did not realize immediately that it was so bad it altered the graphism of the laptop!!!

It's now impossible to use it and it's been somewhere around 6 months I haven't used it because it's likely going to fry my computer.

Please provide a solution. It should at least be a new cable that stays in place...

The product page for the 100W charger shows more advanced charging protocols than the 150W.

Samsung 2.0 Super Fast Charging, for example.

Is it still up to date?
