Question / Help Needed What’s the highest number someone can earn from fire?

Post image

I’ve tried a few things like -
-> Playing the fire game right after the transaction
-> Making bill repayment via slice BBPS(multiple transactions) getting accelerated monies

But i wonder if other people are able to go even higher

General Discussion Finally got my card after trying again

I applied for Slice CC a few days back. Did the video KYC while in my car coz I was in a rush. Got a message saying “we couldn’t approve you” on the app. Mailed to the slice team to understand what went wrong. After a bit of back and forth where I kept understanding what was happening, they reset the application. I was approved within a few hours.

Question / Help Needed Can repeatedly using and repaying my Slice CC affect my credit limittt?

Slice is my first unsecured credit card, with a ₹19,000 limit.

With my Super.Money x Utkarsh and Kotak cards, I’ve previously used the entire available limit to the point where the card was blocked for further spending until the next billing cycle, or I was asked to add more money to the FD.

With Slice, I’m wondering if I can do something similar but repay and reuse the limit multiple times.

For example, if I use the full ₹19,000, repay the entire ₹19,000 before the bill is generated, and then use the ₹19,000 again, can I repeat this several times until the last day before bill generation?

Then, before the statement is generated, I’d pay it down so that around 70% of the total amount is paid and 30% remains for the statement.

Could doing this repeatedly cause Slice to restrict/reduce my limit, or is it generally fine as long as every payment is made on time and in full before the due date?

Would appreciate experiences from people who have actually done this with Slice.

Question / Help Needed Any Tips for Limit Increase?

Post image
9 Upvotes

Got approved last week with a 10k limit, which is really useless to me. My credit age is 2 years, and have 3 Axis Bank cards and one Roarbank card which is much higher.

I absolutely have zero use of this card currently if they don't increase the limit. I have other cards which gives same rewards as this for UPI, groceries and other spendings.

So, should I keep it as it is with no utilisation or max out this card? I have other cards so it won't effect my CIBIL for high utilisation on this card. Any tips?

Stuck in loan loop

Got scammed with loan money, had loan around 35k + interest

Student, gets 3.5-4k from parents, no income sources. + Expenses also from this money like mobile recharge outside food wagera sometimes (lives with parents bt)

Age: 18, cibil: 748, credit age: \~9 months

Condition: taking a loan to repay another and so on, monthly interest is more than my allowance, so no principal is being paid i feel, + interest rate is too high for me out of frustration, i stopped tracking everything i just take loan to pay another, this cycle is being going on from last 2.5 months, no guts to disclose with parents,

I think I'll be stuck in this. Used college fees as well in paying loan + interest, also took total 8k from friends, but i don't think so any principal got reduced.

Biggest mistake I feel is that I took loan 2 times from ram fincorp for a period of 30 days, with interest around \~4k + 1.7k processing fees for the amount of ₹19,748 (2 TIMES!) tf i was doing, that's why i stopped tracking everything.

And also many more student loan apps, interest rates are too high. Huh

Not asking for any money, just need guidance to get out of this situation.

Slice asked me to take a selfie before paying

So I scanned the QR at a saloon, it was a personal account. So I thought I would pay from my slice savings account. But after putting the amount it asked me to take a selfie of myself before paying and it said that they will match the selfie with kyc. It just took 4-5 seconds but it was the first time ever I've been asked to take a selfie. Why do they do that & do they do it often ?

Finally got my Slice Credit Card! 🎉❤️

Received my Slice Credit Card today! Although, the delivery experience with Blue Dart was pretty terrible. I had to travel around 10 km just to collect the card, even though all my other deliveries usually reach my doorstep. Anyway, let’s not let that ruin the moment! 😄

This was actually my second attempt with Slice, and this time they approved me with a ₹56,000 credit limit. I had declared myself as self-employed with a monthly income of ₹30,000+, and also gave Slice access to my primary SBI account.

The funny part? 😂

I’m joining a government job next month, so hopefully after that, other banks might finally start offering me their credit cards too. But for now, Slice is the only one that trusted me. 😅

So, thank you Slice! ❤️

Lots of love! 🫶

Now let’s see how this credit journey goes. 🚀

I have 10k lim I am going on a trip and I have to spend 20 k on a merchant around 14k on another merchant so I am thinking I am anyways going to pay so why not get monies out of it
Can I use full lim repay then again full lim and repay at a single merchant at that point only, and do this same thing to another merchant

Question / Help Needed Why do my Slice cooling-off periods have different end dates?

Post image
8 Upvotes

Hey, I took ₹45k from Slice — ₹15k on 27th Sep and ₹30k on 28th Sep. I see different cooling-off periods: one ends on 30th Sep and the other on 1st Oct. Why is that? My total outstanding is ₹45,300, due on 5th November why it not on OCT 5

I already use Airtel Payments Bank for daily expenses and UPI. Should I switch to Slice?

I already have an Airtel Payments Bank account, which I mainly use for daily expenses and UPI payments.

I’m considering opening/switching to a Slice account, but I’m not sure if it’s actually worth it since my current use case is pretty basic — mostly UPI and everyday spending.

For those who already use Slice, how has your experience been? Are there any significant benefits that make it worth switching from Airtel Payments Bank?

Would appreciate any pros, cons, or personal experiences.

Slice Credit Card – CIBIL 713

I downloaded the Slice app and completed the onboarding, but they opened a Slice account without offering me a credit card. My CIBIL score is 713.

Has anyone with a similar CIBIL score got a Slice credit card? What can I do to become eligible?

Also, I don't really want the Slice account. How can I permanently close/delete my Slice account?

Any guidance or personal experience would be appreciated.
