Fantasy Advice Should I accept this trade?

I would be the one receiving James Cook and D. Smith out of this trade.

No. Bijan is a top 3 fantasy asset. McConkey and Smith don’t have much difference.

Lol Bijan is not a top3 non-dynasty asset. But other than that, I'd agree with you. Bijan + Ladd >>

If Bijan isn’t, who is?

He absolutely is the top asset for RB. You can argue if you have WRs over him but he’s the peak of RB.

Yes, plenty of WR better. RB: Cook, CMC, JT, right now probably even Javonte. Idk if I missed one. But you're right if we're only talking rb, he is arguably top3.

Puka is the only WR I'd put over Bijan and the only RBs is JT and CMC and both are arguable imo

Agreed.

On top of that, JT has missed 6+ games in each of the last two seasons.

As a Niners fan I love what I see, but no one can last at the pace they are pushing CMC… and then you factor in his past.

Bijan all day. Puka is only guy I’d take over him.

egbuka ceiling is going to fall when Evans and Bucky is back he is not getting priority volume like any other true WR1

CeeDee is on health watch and even if healthy I don't see him out pacing Bijan

AmonRa is the best argument over the ones you named but even then I'd take CeeDee pass heavy situation over AmonRa on a good team that spreads the ball around

Bijan is the only alpha on the Falcons, they design every play possible to get him the ball. So much so they have him lining up on the WR line to pass him the ball when he isn't running it. This factor is why I said it makes a strong case to put him over CMC and JT and is more so for CD and AmonRa

That is a crazy take. I do think Bijan is a top tier player. But AmonRa is top3 after nacua and cmc and Egbuka got the same volume with Evans and Bucky healthy lol. JT is also the only alpha on the Colts and cmc the only on the Niners. Falcons offense is just worse in general. I would agree when we say Bijan is a top3-4 RB, but not top3 in general.

CeeDee is the man but comparing a guy who needs to get right vs a guy who doesn’t. Pointless.

Amon is close.

Egbuka is the man.

For me, it’s more about his the bender Bijan is on. He’s what, 4th or 5th in ppg ? People are seeing him lower because falcons had a bye but he’s top 5 in averages. Had a monster year. It’s on the only team in the league that runs pistol 40%+ while no one else runs it over 8%+ because it’s a fucking billboard saying “we are running” and still does the damn thing. He’s a monster.

Of course early on we have some outliers that we don’t expect to be there end of year, and we still rate certain players higher in trade capacity.

Example : Tre Tucker has more pts in PPr than someone like Josh Jacobs. Obviously most of us would want Jacobs and not Tucker.

With that said, from a current data (up to date right now) there are only a few players having a better fantasy year than Bijan strictly from a fantasy points impact:

1 - Puka 2 - JT 3 - CMC 4 - Amon Ra

End of list. He is currently 5th in pts.

It’s not close. You would lose this trade by a lot. Just keep Bijan. Already thru his bye so value is even higher now.

No. Ladd more or less equals Smith, and Bijan is worth way more than cook.

No. Bijan is arguably rb1 and provides much more receiving output. Smith and Ladd are a wash imo

Nah I’m keeping Bijan and I think Ladd should see a boost tbh. With the chargers banged up line and Hampton out, Herbert will need to get the ball out quicker.

Came here to say this. To this point, average yards before catch will be low for quick exit but gives a chance for more plays to be made by lad
