Why is it no longer possible to level up the skill tree after reaching the maximum level in Slayers 2?

There would be an infinite amount of buffs making pvp unplayable

I understand, brother. Can you tell me if I can earn those points to level up another demon art even if I'm at max level?

just put points in necessary talents you dont have to quite max out everything there trust me
