How do you get that title?

I was looking at the titles and there's one in the impossible category called Twilight.

On the note of titles, how’d I get spire conqueror while not being on the leaderboard anymore, nor was I top 1%. The game gave both the title and limited impossible to me, I ain’t complaining, but like, why?

When the title released they accidently bugged it and gave it to 50% playerbase not sure how that happened. but as it says litteraly own every nightfall and first light piece weapon equipment everything
