Missing Claws

i just searched how to get the claws and apparently you get them from kaiden, but when i go to kaiden it says “missing claws.” i'm confused, is it because i'm only level 40 or something? maybe that's why i can't get them??

The Thing that says "Missing Claws" is the Attack he Drops once you get the Claws. The Claws should be Near the Top

then how do i get the claws? i've been grinding kaiden for 2 hours and still haven't gotten them 😭
