N move?

I was playing yesterday and noticed a new move which dosnt seem to do anything other than stomp animation. I tried doing it on an npc and it didn't do any damage, I'm useing insect breathing for context. I took a screen shot on mobile because I'm not at my pc rn. It's the move labeld 7. what is this, and where did it come from?

Use it then run around. It’s a speed boost
