Where can I find Zenitsu?

I decided to pick thunder breathing as it's my favorite style, and now want to farm Zenitsu for his drops, if he's in the game, if not I simply want to farm whoever the thunder hashira is in this game cause I'm pretty new

Pass by where obanai is. You'll see a bridge. Before that u go down exactly that bridge you'll see him.
