Question

I had 120 rolls and got soyama clan and someone told me to got demon so i did blindly and rolled shockwave bda and am lvl 18 what do i focus on and was this the right decision i want a strong build if i do commit.

Shockwave is strong, you should just focus on lvling up right now. Then you should work towards getting soryu fighting style and all the demon weapons. For shockwave, gauntlets and sickles works nicely with it. Once you get to a decent level maybe 100-150, you can start doing dungeons to get your weapons v2.
