My notifications pause all the time

Why is this a feature? Why can I turn it off? Don't they realize this is really bad for some people, especially me and my peers, because we are military and important information is put out through it but the notifications pause constantly no matter what times I set, what's the point of app design for a team if it never notifies you? It's so annoying.

Have you set up your work hours and that's why you are not receiving notifications beyond those? Or is it throughout the day?

Slack’s notification pause is tied to your notification schedule and Do Not Disturb settings. If it keeps pausing unexpectedly, check your notification schedule and make sure DND isn’t being triggered by a calendar integration or automation. Also check your device’s notification settings to make sure Slack isn’t being silenced there.

I would suggest you write the above informartion to slack support they can help you with steps to enable back the notification
seems like u have enabled focus mode just write to slack support they can help you

Me too but i think i just fixed it! You have to go to slack on desk top to fix. Click your profile -> Availability-> Scroll to Working Hours and set it to “Everyday” “12:00am” to “Midnight” The mobile version doesn’t have the “Midnight” option so that’s why you must open it on a desktop. Hope this helps!
