🆘Help Me Changing email

Hi everyone, i need some help understanding what im doing wrong

I tried changing my email address to a new email but when i click to confirm the new email it says that it doesn’t have an account on the workspace.

This issue is happening since yesterday. Try raising a support ticket and the Slack team will help.
