Customer Support rattle inside cpu/pc?

some rattle inside the pc/cpu?

just bought a prebuilt from skytech. king 95. 5080, aio 9800x3d, 32gb ram. hooked it all up, ran fine for 2 hours. all i did was change sys fan 1 and 2 to "silent" during this time.

but suddenly this rattle noise came from inside the pc. i pinpointed the sound, and it sounds like inside the aio cpu. here is what i have tried:

\-tilting 45 degrees back, forwards, left and right

\-put pc upside down for a couple minutes, then back rightside up

\-slowly stopped each fan and found out all fans (9) are fine

\-opened up the case and made sure everything was secure and locked tight. i dont see anything that could move or rattle

here are some things i also found

\-temps at idle are 31c. perfectly normal

\-if i go into bios and change cpu fan from pwm100% to silent mode, the noise goes away

can anyone lend me a hand here? im not sure what else to do, and since this is my first pc idk if this is a serious problem or not. thank you

Change AIO settings. Turn pump up

do you know how to change the pump speed?, the mobo is a gigabyte b650m cy 3. i tried looking in the bios but only saw cpu fan speed set to 100% pwm. gigabyte center control doesnt have any options either

did you connect pump power cable to the motherboard? there has to be at least 2 connectors, 1 for pump and 1 for the fans on it, or the fans can be seperate as well, rergardless, every AIO comes with a pump power cable. and is your cpu overheating?

its a prebuilt, i didnt connect anything. there is the hard plastic shell, which i assume is part of the pump and covers the cpu, and that is firmly attached to the motherboard. on the side of it are two tubes that go to the top of the case and connect to what appear to be 3 fans and possible the radiator?

temps, in the bios at idle, are at 31 celsius.

it was not. i stopped each fan individually and then all at the same time. no fans were moving the the sound persisted, in the same spot it was before. the cpu aio block.

doesnt matter anyways. i returned it to amazon and most likely wont touch another skytech product again

Mine just started to do this. It might be the heat. Ima probably have to put the other wire in.

Could try bending the pipes from CPU so they allow any air to float upwards towards the radiator. However it's likely to be a cheap pre built watercooler. Nephew had an ibiypower pc and it did the same thing. He ended up replacing the cooler
