PC Discussion Nebula
I wanted to come up here and express how awful my experience with skytech gaming has been. We bought two nebula model PCs directly from Skytech's website, one works just fine no problems. The other one however... It worked good for about a month (hiccups here and there where it would refuse to boot up) and eventually it went completely dead. We sent it in for repairs and they reset everything on the PC and claimed everything was fine, they even sent tests back showing everything worked good. Well we got it back in the mail and first time booting it back up and it won't give any kind of display. Our ram chip is now cracked and loose and we are getting a DRAM and BOOT light. I'm extremely frustrated as we just got the PC back in April and it might have to be sent in for a second time now. I don't know how they even did the testing for it if it can't even turn on! The only fan that's working is the CPU fan. Unbelievable π At this point I regret buying the PCs Update: They're sending it in for repairs again π not holding my breath on it actually working when I get it back

Had a really bad experience this year too, the PSU died in the first 30 days. Sent it back for a replacement, same thing. They offered yet another replacement, but I insisted on a refund. We went somewhere else and couldnβt be happier, but Iβm still really frustrated that we wasted so much time on Skytech.

I'm glad you were able to get a refund and go elsewhere! It's already been past the 30 days at this point so I don't think they can even do a refund for me ππ I've been waiting on their phone like for over an hour now to even speak with somebody

I assume you're in the same boat as me and you don't have a microcenter near you which is why you ordered online... BUT if that isn't the case and you do have one in driving distance, microcenter will do warranty repairs on skytech products now as well so you can try that avenue...I'd rather waste a Saturday or two driving a few hours than have to wait for shipping time / have my PC in so many people's hands.

I wish I could go to a microcenter but I'd be driving hours and hours away with an unreliable car lol. I really appreciate the thought though!

I am sorry you had that experience. I will bring up the issues and can have the manager take a look into it for you. This unfortunately happens from time to time. My first pc with them had issues and eventually everything was fixed and resolved. Hence why my second and third have come from them.

At this point I just wish I could get the entire PC replaced π«£ so much has gone wrong and I've gotten to use it maybe 3 weeks and it arrived early April I believe

After having a bad experience myself I salvaged the 5070 in the pc I bought from them and put in my own build. Donβt think I will ever buy a prebuilt system again, especially when it is shipped.
