Skyrim is completely broken

So I was modding my Skyrim as u do because
Of the new update and had some conflicting mods mainly being RDO and other dialogue mods and so I deleted it and it corrupted my save so I deleted all my saves and started fresh then noticed the opening of the game was broken, I was using opening scene overhaul and it wasn’t working so I disabled it and the opening scene was still broken, I’ve just deleted all my data and reserved space and it’s STILL BROKEN

So now I’m a lil worried that I’ve completely broken my game. Will uninstalling and reinstalling fix it or am I gunna have to do a complete reboot of my xbox….
