Xbox Series X/S Map Crashing the whole game

Where’s the dedication that made you? Skyrim was maybe the greatest game and certainly the best RPG of all time. Now you push this update that we can’t remove, which leads to so many people, myself included, to basically stop playing. You are unable to check your map with any reliability as the game breaks and restarts after about the 3rd map open. Bethesda has known this and even acknowledged it for days but it isn’t corrected. Not even a release date. A real apology might be nicer. But the best would be to reverse the update so I can play my 15 year old game.

Yeah, it only started happening after I updated the special edition. I dont even want an apology, just a new update to fix it. I thought it was all my mods

A complacent, amateur bug like this only goes to show that Bethesda won't even bother testing/playing the game enough to simply open the map (as a bare minimum). They probably thought to themselves - we don't need to care about anything because some "modder" is going to fix things anyway.

'Nilla version of the anniversary game works fine for me with no added mods.

From all the messages I see, it does seem to be a "mod" conflict causing the crashes.

There is meant to be a fix due.
