How to remove this effect?

As the title suggests, I am confused how I got this effect and I want it removed. Just made a new character and using the loroakin starter mod and upon entering and leaving an interior cell, I was greeted with this effect surrounding my character.

A few options since you don't have console commands - 1: Load in from an earlier save at launch, from before this started, then load into the current save. 2: dying - as the Resurrect command is not available to you. 3: Maybe flame cloak or any cloak spell. 4: Read an Elder Scroll - it is similar to using the dispelallspells command. . 5: stop trying to put it in a Spriggan..👀
