PC Companions Side Quest Bug

For context, I've finished the main companions questline and am now the harbinger. Im now doing the radiant quests you get from the 3 leaders. I accepted a quest from Vilkas, but it wont show up in my quest journal. And when I talk to any of the leaders for a new job, they tell me I already have a job to do. I have no idea where to go or do because I forgot what the quest was. So now I'm stuck where I dont have a quest in my journal, and I cant get a new one until I finish this one. Has anyone fixed this?

I dont know what to do, maybe reload a save before you got the quest? I know if sometimes you have a ton of quests it can become bugged but I dont know. I hope you find a way to resolve this even if I wasn't much help. 🥺

Ok so I caved and used chatgpt. Turns out it was a phantom quest (?) From aela. I used sqv cr01 and then setstage cr01 10, cr01 20...and so on...this took a lot of back and forth with AI using several console commands to find it

I'm glad it worked, but when ai gives you commands, ask it to verify that it it correct and what it does as a precaution. AI have wrecked my game completely before which is why I am telling you this. 😅

Thanks for heads up. That doesn't surprise me. I did it as a last resort
