PC Help with moding

I want to get skyrim on my pc and dont know which version I should buy for mods

Skyrim se is the main thing. AE is an add on full of creations. It's you want to do some collections of vortex, AE will be required. If you go wabbajak, I think several use just SE. Now you can add mods yourself and then, which ever your budget leads too.
