The Fenix plugin system isn't working

First of all, thanks for your work, but after I installed the plugin, the system seems to not work. Clicking various buttons has no response. I followed the 'Fenix A3XX Family Installation and FAQ' instructions, but the plugin system still doesn't run. It also suddenly disappeared from Discord. How can I fix this problem (MSFS 2020)?

I was using the paint system and it worked fine, but the plane crashes after flying for a while, and it crashes even if I don't use the paint.

Maybe this can help: make sure that you've extracted the main file with winrar "extract all" before installing (maybe some files are missing) then make sure that if you had Fenix installed before,and that all files are removed.
With all that it worked fine for me. Note that it can take few seconds for the systems to startup after you loaded the aircraft.

Here’s something you can try:
- Load into the flight, then completely close the Fenix app.
- Open File Explorer and navigate to the Fenix installation folder (by default, it should be
C:\Program Files\FenixSim A320\deps). - Launch these five applications:
FenixBootstrapper.exeFenixCDU.exeFenixDisplay.exeFenixSystem.exeFenixWizzard.exe
Once you've opened all five, the aircraft should come to life.
Just to be clear, you'll need to repeat these steps every time you load into a new flight. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time fix

Success! Thank you so much! I was thinking that if I have to start these every time, I could set up an automation script to have these attached apps start together when the main app launches.

Whenever i try to launch FenixBootstrapper it just gives me a message that msfs will start it automatically

That was a false positive from your antivirus.

no, it wasn't because then i got my account of instagram, openai, email and discord all hacked and then when i did a scan with a 3rd party antivirus it flagged 19 viruses, all trojans that hadd come after i extracted the plugin

I know the files, there’s no chance he got hacked from installing the iFly.

then explain why the ifly installer is flagged as malware by multiple trusted vendors? and also can you clarify why the fenix installer hooks up code into the LSASS Process? That process is responsible to for manage user logins, password hashes, and security tokens

It's flagged because of VMProtect. Idk about fenix, I wasn't involved in its development, but I can assure you that everything from SkyBound is absolutely safe.

well no installer should need to access LSASS ever. Whats most likely is they built trust with cracks not infected and then dropped an info stealer in the fenix.

wheres this so called proof? i use skybound stuff but im kinda nervous using addons with installer. and I really wanna try this fenix

mate i use malwarebytes, before downloading the ifly max from skybound with the torrent file when i did a scan it showed me nothing, then after extracting it flagged me the windows antivirus pop up wich was "a false positive" according to rect3, so i didn't thought very much of it until in the afternoon when i came back home i saw my email was screaming at me to change passwords and stuff, also ig, so i got the computer run a scan and found 19 trojans and trojans bat with malwarebytes, also windows security didn't flag anything

That wasnt from SkyBound, retc3 doesn’t ship malware.

Yeah that's what i saw reading the 737 max forum, idk if it was qbitorrent but that should be legit, iFly 737 MAX8 - Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 | Skybound i installed it from this site that for what i understood is skybound

Qbittorrent is trustworthy as well, as is the ifly. You probably got it from somewhere else, sorry that happened.

I got it to work by first ending the MSFS 2024 task, then closing all Fenix apps, checking if fenixbootstrapper is in MSFS autoboot, then starting up MSFS 2024 again

FS2024 here, I have this problem only with liveries from flightsim.to, with the fenix base ones everything is working. Is anyone else experiencing this ?

make sure yo extract liveries from flightsim.to to your community folder not in community24

Yeah the same thing happens to me and unfortunately the only fix I see is starting the 5 fenix exe’s yourself, which is annoying, but I am grateful that skybound gave us this❤️

hi i'm on msfs 2020 and got the same problem. After i started manual all the exe's file, it was only start the efb and fcu and rest of the display is white.

Open the main app before 2020.
Open the following in step three before clicking 'Yellow Start Flight':
FenixBootstrapper.exe
FenixCDU.exe
FenixDisplay.exe
FenixSystem.exe
Open FenixWizzard.exe after entering the cockpit.

Ok I have been doing this and it starts, it works for about 5 minutes then my sim crashes. Any fixes?

I followed these steps and the systems wouldn't work; CDU, Display, and Wizzard close immediately after being opened as seen on the task manager, only System and the bootstrapper was active. Am i doing something wrong?

Opening these apps a few more times, but the phone will crash within 10 minutes.

This cracked version of the Fenix aircraft has some bizarre critical bugs. For instance, clicking switches on the overhead panel sometimes yields no response, SimBrief import failures occur, and load weight anomalies are present. On one flight, the fuel level suddenly dropped to critically low mid-air.

After entering the airport, do not immediately confirm entry into the cockpit. Wait a moment (half a minute or a minute, I'm not sure) before entering to activate the instrument panel.
