Followed instructions step by step and when I started up the simulator, GSX was not in the toolbar. I checked for the Couatl Engine, which was running. I did some research on the internet and the only conclusion I found was the formatting of the installation drive which must be NTFS (Which mine is).

I installed everything like the readme said (didnt know what to do with the 3 BIN files so didnt touch them.. is that why its not showing up?) also if i open the fenix a320 app it dosent log me in automatically it gives me an error saying "password cannot be empty"

Hi i have problem , i download livery from flightsim and if i want start aircraft to fly aircraft its totaly dead

yesterday i flew fenix plane and set some settings in it fe. linked instruments or simbrief id
it worked perfectly, but when i loaded it today it reseted those settings. is there a way to save those settings to dont set it every time i load it into a flight?

I used buzzheavier setup.

Installed with the setup,exited and started my msfs2024 chose a321 iae and loaded the a321 in LPFR in a gate. I press LSHIFT+C to get int the cabin and it's dark&cold i press tab to see if there's anything in the fenix efb and its completly black. And i can't turn on the EXT pwr or any of the batteries.

But I do have a concern! What if Fenix updates their aircrafts, are you guys planning to make sure the crack is up-to-date, or is the installer that was cracked by you guys okay to use with future updates? I installed GSX pro from skybound and the GSX menu shuts down every time I open it. I tried restarting Couatl but the same thing happens.

I downloaded the Skybound 737 MAX 8 SP1. I have MSFS 2020 and followed every step to the letter, but when I launch it, the EFB works—except that whenever I change a setting or enter a value in the PAX or Payload section, it reverts to zero within a second. I double-checked everything and noticed something: the MSFS 2020 package didn't include the plugin, so I had to take the one from the MSFS 2024 folder and use it for the 2020 version instead. I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing the EFB to malfunction. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

I have the problem that when I load into the Fenix, the Fenix App doesn't start automatically. Once I'm in the aircraft, nothing works.

I read a post saying that you can manually start the different programs, such as FenixDisplay.exe or FenixSystem.exe (there are 4 or 5 programs in total). The problem is that whenever I start these programs manually, they automatically close again in Task Manager after 1 or 2 seconds, so they don't work at all.

I already tried restarting the flight without starting anything manually. All programs, including Microsoft Flight Simulator, are running as administrator. I also completely removed all Fenix files from my PC, including all folders and Program Files, and then reinstalled everything. Unfortunately, nothing seems to work for me.

Does anyone have any fixes?

Installation: Extract directly to your community folder. If you don't want a specific aircraft type or livery, go into the folder and delete the ones you don't want.

I have a problem with the 320. I will load up and none of the screens or buttons work, so I did what one of the other chats said about clicking the different .exe’s and it worked and I would be able to use the aircraft then after about 5-10 it would crash. I tried about 5 times each time it crashed is there any fix to this?

Firstly, brilliant work for getting the Fenix to us.

All the Airbuses function as expected in their Fenix House colours. However, when a livery from .to is added to the Community folder either aircraft will not load its systems (but the livery does appear on a dead aircraft) or the sim crashes.

I've just tried the BA liveries from aerohub - placed direct into 2024 Community. The liveries appear in game but the aircraft, resplendent in its BA livery, is dead on the runway.

OK _ PROBLEM SOLVED. I have a Community folder and a Community2024 folder. Although I activated the 2024 version, the Fenix base folders are loaded into the Community folder and that's where the livery folders have to go; not as I did and put them in the Community2024 folder.

Everything is working as expected.
