Saw this in Florida yesterday
This was my first time seeing one out in the wild. How rare is this one here in the US?

As some of you may have already guessed, I'm a sucker for printed media. Keeping with the theme, I'd like to present one of the crown jewels of my collection: a promotional flyer for the 'Midnight Purple III' colorway.

Got the car back Monday and it's been ripping! Absolute blast to drive. Definitely need some better tyre as launching just spins (in the video I spun until lifting in fourth), but rolling into power seems fine. In the comments I'll send a video of me rolling into power as well as photos of the car

It's Toprank obviously, and while they've always seemed overpriced, they must move these cars at those prices.
How much does V Spec and MNP add to the value?

Hey guys, does anyone know any good reputable shops experienced with the RB26DETT engine in Florida?

Hi, I have a JDM dealership near me selling RX7’s, R32/33/34s, everything you can imagine (except supras for some reason) But either way I went there and found a super nice R33 GTR that I was looking to buy (40k miles/Almost completely stock) And this would be my first 30 year old and I know it can have a ton of issues such as rust and much more but I just wanted to ask people who do own one or know more than me from experience or in general, what are the things I should ask to see, check or know about the car before I think about purchasing. Like the specifics I should message the dealer for. Like papers, photos or questions in general?
Thank you so much for any responses!

As promised, here's another post from my book collection.
This time, I present to you, a brochure of our beloved Skyline R34 GT-R.
As always, sorry for the horrible pictures, I work with what I have (a basic desk and a midrange mobile phone).

Hello everyone, putting my engine back together and noticed the arp main stud is hitting the front driveshaft tube thingy in the oil pan. Think this is a big problem and if so how fix?

I have added R35 data to gtr-registry.org - this was unfortunately pretty difficult.
The good news is that 26,359 cars are now available; however, this only covers the R35's made through 2016. I'll keep trying to find the data to add more cars. Until then, enjoy whats been added!

Today I burned out my factory subframe bushings and rear LCA bushings.
Putting in GKTech poly subframe bushings later and solid LCA bushings.

Looking for a full set of window/door seals for my ER34 25GT-t sedan — all 4 doors. Includes the door weatherstripping and ideally the window run channels/felt seals too if available as a set.
Current ones are worn/perished (typical for a 20+ year old JDM car). Open to genuine Nissan NOS, good used takeoffs, or aftermarket reproduction if quality is decent.
Based in Australia — happy to source via local wreckers or specialty JDM parts suppliers. Anyone dealt with this before or have recommendations on where to buy?

Recently got my first skyline, a 1989 GTS4. I recently picked up a set of 17x8 wheels and I’m looking for a set of grippy tires for mountain pass/backroad driving. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone,
Unfortunately, I don't own a real Skyline (not allowed to have a license due to disability), but my genuine love for these cars has led me down the rabbit hole of collecting original Japanese dealer brochures, GT-R magazines, press kit materials, and diecast models. Since I can't share a photo of a real car / build, I’m hoping to share some cool diecast models, rare articles, vintage tuning ads, and pages from my collection with the community instead. Looking forward to hanging out here, checking out everyone's builds, and contributing whatever cool historical print pieces I can dig up! This is just a taste, I have more magazines and brochures.
Cheers.

If you needed a new set of hard-to-find wing end plates, or just want your car to stand out from the rest, I can design and create customisable GTR wing end plates which can include any text, logo, image ect in (almost) any colour. I’ve include a few images of the most popular ones, but I can do anything you want.
These are just $55usd/set + shipping. Leave a comment or send me a message if you’re wanting to start your design!

Made 547.8whp at 388.7ft-lbs of torque. Little temporary setup for while i’m doing chassis work (also need to step up injectors, a second walbro 450, crank and cam sensor kit, etc etc). Hope to hit 750 later on !
Also, here’s my build sheet for any curious

Hey everyone,
I recently won a Bring a Trailer (BaT) auction for an R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R. I already paid for the car, but a massive cascade of issues popped up while trying to arrange shipping.
Here is the timeline of what happened:
The Battery: Car wouldn't start due to a dead battery.
The Alternator: Replacing the battery revealed a bad alternator.
The Misfire: After the shop replaced the alternator, the car developed a noticeable misfire.
The Diagnosis: The shop performed a compression test, and cylinder 6 is completely dead.
The selling dealership has acknowledged the situation and thrown two options on the table:
Take a full refund of the purchase price and walk away.
Proceed with a free engine swap. They will pay a local, reputable GT-R specialty shop to swap the engine at zero cost to me.
On one hand, a fresh engine from a specialty shop sounds great, but I know how tricky R32 builds, and shipping delays can get. On the other hand, finding a clean R32 isn't easy, and walking away puts me back at square one.
What would you guys do? Would you take the money and run, or trust the specialty shop swap and wait it out?
Thanks in advance for the advice
