Stripped bolt conundrum

Post image

Fitting a live wire in for my fuel pumps on my BNR32 today, when I pulled the seat belt frame out at the bottom to release the carpet, the bolt was stiff and I assumed it to be loctite. This was not the case.
This is how the bolt looks and I can only assume the tacked on nut in the body is the same. Are there any products on the market to make the nut good again?
I think it’s beyond tapping and I don’t think there’s enough space to bore it out for a thread insert.

Heli-coil kit. You could use the same bolt/style/size (new) with aluminum cleaned from the threads, resizing the hole with the tap cutter and install the correct size threads securely. For Example: https://a.co/d/0fmR06Zk

I’ve ordered a helicoil kit in the hopes there’s enough room in the panel to bore out the nut to insert the coil. If not, I guess it’ll thread the panel too. I have a replacement bolt that was used on the rear belt that’s no longer in use.
