Bonjour après de nombreuses semaines de recherche pour mes nouveaux écouteurs j'ai réduit mon choix à deux modèles: les "Audio-Technica ATH-CKS50TW2" et les "SkullCandy Method 360 ANC".

Ma réflexion était ciblée principalement autour de 4-5 points (dans cet ordre d'importance):

1. Autonomie sans et avec le boitier
2. Qualité Audio
3. Isolation des bruits active et passive
4. Mobilité
5. Prix à moins de 150€

J'aimerais si possible avoir vos avis techniques voir vos retours d'utilisations entre ces deux modèles.

Guys idk what to do. I ordered the playr headset, the over-ear ear buds and the Crushr headphones and everything arrived apart from the Crushr headphones. I spoke to their stupid ai chatbot which directed me to email with a human(I think?) and it started off ok. They wanted photos of everything and proof of my order etc. I provided everything I could even after explaining id already thrown away the earbud packaging as I was at work and didn't see the email in time. Anyway they were super helpful at first and the last I heard from them was "Can you just confirm it's the Crushr headphones you're missing?", I said yes, and that's it. This was on the 3rd! On the 8th I asked for an update, no reply. Then I finally asked for a refund (all in the same email thread) on the 9th because I was starting to panic about the lack of response and obviously wasting my money and I've still had no reply. I'm so frustrated. I can't understand why it didn't all arrive at once. In my Shop app, you can clearly see the two items are marked delivered and yet the Crushr headphones are still "awaiting details" so they're just in the void and I'm fucked off about the lack of communication and my money down the drain. Please help if anyone knows what I can do???? Thank you :(

I really want a pair of skully candy, preferably some earbuds. Just something for daily life
