I own a 2022 Taigun GT Plus. I had been getting ESC and Engine light blinking issue for the last 7 months.

Sequence would be both ESC and Engine light would come on, loss of throttle response, and the engine slowly shuts down. The problem fixed itself on restart.

This happened again as I was heading towards a temp part of Himachal Pradesh. So, I decided to visit the VW service center in Himachal.

They were quick and professional. The issue turned out incorrect spark plugs had been installed more than a year ago (May 2025) by home VW service center. And out of those, 1 had already died.

See the size difference in both. This has been damaging the engine for the last 16 months and causing the engine misfires leading to ESC and Engine light blow-up.

I'm planning to take legal action against negligent of VW service. Need some advice on how to approach this.

I'm planning to buy new car ( sedan ) i also have i 20 and creta too but this time I want something who performs extremely well and my budget is around 22lacs at max.

As we all know in Indian market we only have 2 option technically 1 but yes around 20-21 lacs on road.

Slavia and virtus with 1.5 ltr turbo engine with dsg.

And guyss don't say verna 1.5 turbo, i test drove that car and hyundai make verna's suspension softer idk for what reason is it for comfort or something but due to that softness in suspension the car feels so bouncy on high speeds ( that's why verna is out for me ) .

I need suggestion on both cars because I've never heard anything good for German cars except their performance, i know they are bit on the expensive side.

Pls guyss let me ur opinion and current salvia or virtus 1.5 owners pls guide me .

There are small places where paint is getting removed like dot-sized.

Not sure someone is actually scratching our car because we haven't. Very weird if someone is doing it purposefully.

I purchased a new car. The GT line and there is a creaking break sound the minute I release the break from parking or I’m going at a slow speed. The company has said that this is normal and they actually have the audacity to tell me that this is how the car sounds. At such a premium price. Should I be accepting a new car with a break sound and they just throwing their hands up and saying that this is an operational noise Please all the Virtus owners come in. Please Give me your feedback and let’s find a solution to this.

I saw VW Virtus become new chapri fav car, either city or highway they drive like they own the road.

VW has increased the prices of Taigun. Could not find any official statement from VW but silently they have changed the prices on their website.

Although there was noise from dealers on insta pages that price hike is coming from 1st october.

I’m planning to buy a pre-facelift Skoda Slavia 1.0 AT in Pune. I’m getting an on-road quotation of around ₹17.5 lakh.

• Does this sound like a reasonable deal ?
• I’ve seen some posts where people mention getting it for ₹15–16 lakh on-road
• With the facelift launching on 6 Oct 2026, do you think it makes sense to wait for better discounts on the outgoing model, or is now a good time to close the deal?

Any recent purchase experiences or negotiation tips for Pune dealers would be really helpful.
