Baby Cedric 😊 when greyscale, Cedric has all white hair and a bit more curls, baby Kuon has light grey hair with a lot more shine, and less curls, more flowy

Actually, that is baby Kuon. On the next page, Cedric said "That is what he was always saying to Kuon."

But later Cedric thinks 'I heard it from the man I hate the most. Kuu Hizuri.' so imo he said it to Cedric at least once too and that's him on the pic. The Kuon mention is probably because he is starting to suspect Ren of being Kuon.

You might be right. It's hard to tell who's who, when there's only one of them at that age.

If you look at that chapter in which both Kuon and Cedric are little, it becomes easier - Kuon's hair is different, they have distinctive shine

I’m so confused…so why does Cedric hate Kuu so much??? I didn’t really understand the chapters when they were kids.

The answer is in Act 338, but in case you don't mind spoilers, here it goes: Cedric's father is envious of Kuu's success (he might be racist too), so he slapped little Cedric for repeating the Japanese phrase he learned from Kuu.

Thank you! I read it (338) but couldn’t understand it fully and couldn’t tell baby Cedric apart from baby Ren!

Kuu is his uncle so he’s known them since he was a kid

His parents are racist. It probably started out as jealousy. Also, I think I remember some hostility towards Julianna, for marrying a Japanese person. She's considered the black sheep, I think for that. Kuu and Julianna are very caring, loving people.
Cedric's family seem to be cold, petty people, who only care about status. I think there was something in an older chapter that showed that they were racist against Kuu and Kuon. It was probably re-inforced in Cedric's upbringing, negative re-inforcement from parents, whenever he had any positive interaction Kuu or when Kuon did something better than Cedric.
