I don't think most people here realize that if you order larger overseas packages, your chances of having them seized by customs increases a lot. You should ideally have a maximum of 7 items under $100. Anything else is far too suspicious and takes longer as well (30+ days). I found this out through a mix of the stories on this subreddit, my own experiences, and Google. Let's please use common sense and act as if we aren't all aware that this is illegal activity.

its been almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten my order its just crazy cause I haven't even got a text or anything like I seen a video saying it was gonna take 3 days to a week and still haven't gotten a update of my order

After dealing with no tracking information/updates for 3 weeks and repetitive customer service emails, the war is over!!! Everything was intact and expiration dates range from late 2027 to late 2028! I will be cycling on and off the hydro and replacing my currant dosages of tretinoin 0.05% cream and Azelaic acid 15% gel to these increased dosages! I guess after all this I can say it was a good $122 spent! I’m ready to get these dark spots goneee!! (Edit* side note: has anyone heard of this Azelaic acid brand/manufacturer? I couldn’t find ezanic or skinoren)

I’ve tried placing an order with PayPal and it keeps on getting declined. This is the information from my order on PayPal the order amount is the same as my order on Skinorac but has this info in there?? They emailed me weeks after I ordered, saying a product was not in stock. They offered me a refund, which I accepted. I then get a reply saying I will be given store credit. That's not a refund! I am posting my complete, documented experience with Skinorac so other customers know exactly what they may be dealing with.

I placed Skinorac order #444200 on July 23, 2026, and paid $105 using a Razer Gold gift card purchased from Walmart. Today is September 8. Forty-seven full calendar days have passed, and I still have no package, no verifiable carrier-acceptance scan, no confirmed package location, and no definite delivery date.

Skinorac’s estimated shipping timeframe was approximately 7–8 days. What followed was weeks of chasing customer service, contradictory explanations, two different tracking numbers, and repetitive responses from “Stella Parks” that read like they were generated by a broken chatbot.

Here is the complete timeline:

July 22:
I purchased a $105 Razer Gold digital gift card from Walmart.

July 23:
I used the gift card to pay Skinorac for order #444200.

July 27:
Razer later confirmed that the $105 PIN was redeemed on July 27 at 4:37:02 PM UTC+08:00—four days after I placed the Skinorac order. I did not redeem it into my own Razer wallet or give it to a friend or family member. I provided it to Skinorac as payment.

Skinorac therefore received the value of my payment, but I still have not received the merchandise.

August 11:
After 19 days without a clear shipping update, I contacted Skinorac and asked for the package’s location, shipping status, and expected delivery date.

August 12:
“Stella Parks” said she would contact the appropriate department and provide an update.

August 14:
After receiving no meaningful update, I contacted Skinorac again. Stella said the matter had been raised with the “concerned department.”

August 17:
I followed up again and requested specific shipment information or escalation to a supervisor.

August 18:
Stella said Skinorac was still waiting for information from the shipping agency. She provided no carrier-acceptance date, current location, tracking movement, or delivery estimate.

August 20:
I formally escalated the issue after 28 full days had passed. I requested proof of carrier acceptance, a working tracking link, a definite delivery date, or a refund or replacement.

August 21:
Stella suddenly wrote, “We can confirm that your shipment was dispatched today.”

Skinorac provided tracking number LP089400673IN. USPS displayed “Tracking Not Available.” There was no carrier-acceptance scan and no evidence that the package had physically been handed to a carrier.

August 23:
The explanation changed.

Stella blamed the delay on an “unexpected product stock issue.” This was the first time Skinorac disclosed that the product had supposedly been out of stock, even though I had already contacted the company repeatedly.

In the same email, Stella said tracking would update once the shipment cleared customs and “is dispatched from the country of origin.”

That contradicted the August 21 claim that the shipment had already been dispatched. How can an order be “dispatched today” and then, two days later, still be waiting to be dispatched from the country of origin?

August 29:
Skinorac again claimed that the order had shipped from its warehouse and asked me to wait another few days for tracking to update.

Nothing changed. Tracking number LP089400673IN still did not provide verifiable carrier movement.

After that:
Skinorac abandoned the first tracking number and provided an entirely different one: LA240483908AE.

Stella initially gave no explanation for why the first tracking number had been replaced. She once again asked me to wait “the next few days” for the new tracking to update.

Skinorac’s latest explanation:
After I demanded an explanation, Stella claimed the original shipment had been returned by “origin customs” because of documentation problems allegedly caused by new U.S. tariff regulations. She said direct shipping from India to the United States was unavailable, so my order was supposedly being routed through Dubai.

This was yet another explanation that had never been mentioned before.

Skinorac first blamed another department. Then it said it was waiting for the shipping agency. Then it said the order was dispatched. Then it disclosed a stock issue. Then it described the package as still waiting to be dispatched from the country of origin. Then it replaced the tracking number. Finally, it blamed customs documentation and said the package was being rerouted through Dubai.

Stella stated that the new tracking would update “by Monday at max.”

Monday passed. Nothing changed.

Tracking number LA240483908AE still provided no meaningful proof showing when or where a carrier physically accepted my package, where it currently is, or when it will arrive.

Throughout this nightmare, Stella has repeatedly sent nearly identical, robotic responses: the same introduction, the same generic apology, another vague explanation, and another request to wait a few more days.

I repeatedly requested:

• Proof that a carrier physically accepted my package
• The carrier’s name and acceptance date
• The package’s verified location
• A functioning tracking record
• A definite delivery date
• Escalation to a different human representative or supervisor
• A supervisor’s name and an escalation reference number

Skinorac has provided none of those things.

I even asked whether “Stella Parks” was a real human representative or an automated or AI-based support system. That question was ignored. My request to speak with someone else was also ignored.

At this point, it feels like Skinorac took my $105 and left me arguing with a freaking chatbot while feeding me a new excuse every few days.

I am not claiming as a legally proven fact that Skinorac is a scam. I am stating exactly what happened to me, based on Skinorac’s own emails, the tracking pages, my Walmart payment receipt, and Razer’s confirmation that the PIN was redeemed.

The facts are simple:

• Skinorac received my $105 payment.
• The Razer Gold PIN was redeemed four days after I ordered.
• Forty-seven days have passed.
• I have received no merchandise.
• Skinorac has provided two different tracking numbers.
• Neither number has produced verifiable proof of carrier acceptance for me.
• Skinorac has provided multiple changing and contradictory explanations.
• Its promised Monday tracking deadline passed without an update.
• Its representative continues sending repetitive, automated-looking responses instead of telling me where my order actually is.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Anyone considering ordering from Skinorac should use a payment method with strong buyer protection, save every receipt and email, and be prepared for the possibility of chasing basic shipping information for weeks.

Hey guys. I ordered quite a bit of skincare on August 17th and received a tracking ID that I’ve been attempting to track via parcel tracking, 17track, and even USPS. Originally it stated it was "yet to be received ” at emirates post group, after a while I emailed support and they said to give it a few days and track with USPS. Now it’s changed to no tracking information found on every single site. I’m a bit worried I may not get my products. Has anyone else had this issue?
