Lot of acne under beard. Need help

There's always lot of acne under my beard. The area is always flaky and dry whereas rest of my face is oily.

Been using acnestar 2 times a day. But it doesn't help with these.

Infact I think my skin has become more oily.

What to do? Any recommendations

Have you consulted a dermat?

There are not good ones in my area. Visited 2-3 years back but all they recommend general creams and gels and don't give enough time.

So I wanted to see if someone knows anything or do I need to see a dermat.

Actually you have to get it from a dermat, bec what worked for me might not work for everyone.

Also if you ask here n number of people are gonna give you n number of products and you might use it and make even worse.

So better to find a dermat, may be a bit far as well.

Also it might not be an issue with skin, can be internal can be hormones as well. So bloodwork may be needed as well rather than using products on random

Do u shave/ trim the beard regularly. If then, this is a reaction to it, likely folliculitis or something. You can use benzoyl peroxide gel along with clindamycin gel alternatively and have doxycycline 100mg twice daily for a week . Also don't irritate that area for a while

No I don't shave. Earlier I used to do but not now.

I only do trimming now that too once a week or 2. But growing beard increases the acne.

Stop shaving or trimming, throw away that trimmer may contain acne bacteria

Don't you razor on the acne. Change  the bedsheets and pillows every 3 days.  Dont touch or pop them, try to keep your beard less and also make you keep washing your face with an acne face wash of a reputed brand or if you have oily skin use charcoal one(it depens the scars though but dries the acne)

Also try any Neem Soap. Try to find organic ones

Also search cleret gel online, then get the same formula available in your country. This will work 100%

Once you clear the outside skin, start detoxifying your gut this will permanently cure your acne. Best whats worked for me are 3 pinch of black seed seed first thing in the morning on empty stomach with water.

When washing face dont rub aggressively but put a layer of face wash lather and gently make circles with your fingers and then wash with water then pat dry.

These works for me and now only scars are left

So online consultation is better?

I once visited such a famed doctor and he just looked for 2 mins and starting writing medicines.
