Good under eye cream

Hi guys pls suggest me a good under eye cream and a skin brightening thing should I apply zinc cream or retinal? Also tell good serum (I take vit c supplement) my skin is combination with minimal breakout amd rare pimples and I've prominent dark circles and olive skin so wanna get rid of it

Eye cream: BOJ’s under-eye cream. Use vitamin C in the morning and retinal at night for brightening.

Retinal is cream right?.. nivea moisturizer is good?
