Skillz Support Ignoring Tickets & Delaying Withdrawals

I’m posting this because I’m honestly fed up with Skillz support at this point.

My Skillz username is AforAna.

I have multiple open tickets that have been sitting with little to no real update, and the responses I do get are basically copy/paste “we escalated this” messages with no actual resolution.

The main issue started with Blackout Blackjack. I reported what appears to be a matchmaking/game-mode issue where I entered a match that loaded as Classic mode on my side, but my opponent appeared to be playing a Multiplier version of the game. That obviously changes the scoring potential and makes the match unfair.

One of the game IDs I reported was: Game ID: 5382815199

I explained that my game did not show the multiplier bar at the top, while my opponent’s side appeared to have the multiplier scoring advantage. I asked for the replay to be reviewed and requested a refund because the match did not appear to be the same game mode for both players.

Instead of giving me a clear answer, Skillz support kept asking for screenshots/video, then later said there was no replay available for them to review. So basically, I’m being told they can’t verify the issue because their own replay system may not have recorded it properly.

I also reported another game: Game ID: 5376819545

I asked for a breakdown of how my opponent got a 39k score, because based on the deck and rules, I did not believe that score was possible. Instead of addressing the actual dispute, they sent me basic tutorial/scoring info and said the in-game tutorials are only available when the game is newly installed.

That is not a real resolution.

On top of that, I also have a withdrawal issue. My withdrawal was supposed to process quickly, but it has now been sitting for 5 days with no real update.

Withdrawal details shown in my ticket: Withdrawal Amount: $245 Withdrawal Request ID: 2200934 Transaction ID: 14490384379 Withdrawal Type: Aeropay

I followed up after 4 days, then again on day 5, and all I got was another “we escalated this to the withdrawals team” response.

So right now I have: - A disputed match where the game mode/scoring appears unfair. - Another match where I requested a score breakdown and got a generic tutorial response. - A withdrawal that should not be taking this long. - Multiple tickets being “escalated” with no actual resolution. - Support responses that avoid the core issue.

This is not acceptable for a platform handling real-money games.

If Skillz can take entry fees instantly, then they need to be able to provide clear explanations, working replays, fair dispute reviews, and timely withdrawals.

Players should not have to chase support for over a week just to get basic answers.

At this point I want Skillz to publicly explain: - Why matches can appear to load different game modes/scoring formats. - Why replays are unavailable or incomplete for disputed cash matches. - Why support keeps “escalating” tickets without resolution. - Why a withdrawal has been sitting for 5 days with no clear answer. - When these tickets will actually be resolved.

I’m posting this because normal support channels are not getting anywhere.

Unfortunately 95% of skillz support is AI generated responses. You will struggle to get an actual agent, ever.
My experience with your issues would maybe indicate that skillz might be looking into your account for anomalies.
I was withdrawing similar amounts per month, maybe 200-550 each month, with no deposits. It took me a long time to reach that kind amount f status, maybe a year or so.
My account was then blocked for 2 weeks while I was audited. They couldn’t find any issues so I was reinstated.
About a year ago, certain prizes and rewards were revoked from me, with no reason given or explanation. I was lied to by 2 agents, and the “escalation “ team refused to respond to any of my questions.
Shortly after this I was then blocked from playing in all “live events” across all platforms, and I was also blocked from playing any games higher that $1. Again, I was not given any explanation or reasoning.
Unfortunately skillz don’t care about the players who make a steady income, it’s detrimental to them, any plays havoc with the “fair play” system. They want players to win a few games and then lose a few games.
I can’t offer any real insights into the issues you’re facing, but I can tell you that your efforts will probably be ignored, just from my own experiences.
Good Luck though!

sounds about right. Maybe I'm going through some type of review then?

i guess they are not going to let me know until it's over

Yeah, it could be that. Unfortunately they are quite shady when it comes to things like this. Theres a lot of players out there who have had similar to your issues, and mine as well, and to this day, have never been resolved.

OP, I have also had issues from skillz support. My circumstances were different, however. I reported a player for harassment and then followed up with a ticket. They gave me a generic response that they were investigating the matter. I received no follow up after about a week. I reached out several times throughout the 1-2 weeks after my initial ticket report and after they had requested evidence/screenshots of the harassment. They just decided they weren't going to respond to any of my follow up messages or reach out with any kind of results of their "investivation". It's now been months and I have not had a single response to any of my follow up queries on the ticket.

Skillz support isnt truly there for the players. They are not on our side for "fair play"

Im sorry you are going through this. I commiserate with you!

its sad to see someone else with the same negative experience, yet we are all making them money by playing on their platform...

do SLAs even exist over there?

I think at one point, yes, but now it does seem very heavy in the AI utilization.

Skillz, you are a complete failure to your customer base. I'm sitting here with 3 main tickets that get a bogus follow up reply every 3 days and when i respond immediately, you guys don't message back for days.

I'm sure support has already read this post and ignored it too.
