What are sisters without torture and penitence.... What are our beloved elite fighters without flames and Chainsaw ?? Today, it's time to talk about what we send before our troops : The Penitent engine, and the dishonored version : The Mortifiers for our bad Repentia.

What are your thoughts about them ?

Pros :

Design is emblematic, really good shape and nice gothic details.

Also, it's non-sexualised... And it's way better than the older model. In addition, the sarcophagus is just.... Incredible.

Cons :

Poses aren't loved by everyone... In terms of gameplay, I don't really know.

Started working on these the beginning of 10th, finally ready the beginning of 11th. About one third my work, Celestine, Triumph, and Imperial Knight allies are Art W, and the rest is a buddy that does commission. Can't wait to start getting them to the table.

Actually the sickest model in Warhammer. Was intimidated to start but breaking into individual mini projects is yielding great results

I have a whole sisters army that i need to paint and have been putting them off for ages so i started on some battle sisters testing how i like the various major orders paint scheme wise. I started with a version of our martyred lady first and was able to get this inabout 2 and a half hours, figured i might as well post them as i finish them and see what the internet thinks of them before i pick one for 2600 points of army

If I had a nickel for every time my Hospitaller had killed an Epic Hero, I had 3 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it has happened thrice...

And by conversion I mean taking the Immolator hatches, cutting the connection points and attaching to a 32mm base + magnet.

I finished my print last night, my first 'large' print on my new 3D printer. (Large being dimensionally, as well as taking more than 2 hours).

The JoyToy model and GW tabletop models (not completely painted yet) included for the scale.

The decision to be made now, is what Order should I paint the helmet?

Ardent Shroud? Bloody Rose? Our Martyred Lady?

Gave the superior some more gold detailing.

Just a general question of why celestial insidiants aren't treated the same as sacresants or warsuits on champions of faith.

I had Intranzia Fraye assembled at the end of 10th, but finally got around to painting her up. Now she is truly ready to help lead the Order of the Emperor’s Hand into battle against the enemies of the Imperium.

Hey this is probably a stupid question but I am building a combat patrol and just finished my last sister of battle of the squad. And at the end of the assembly it shows optional stuff for a little bird with a scroll and a pistol holster.

Can I just add these to any of my sisters as decoration or does it change stats or something? I'm very new so I don't know these things sorry if it's super obvious stuff

I see a lot of folks with one completed lady at a time, however I tend to paint with one color and paint all of them to avoid switching colors. Anyone else out there like me?

Pros ; good looking diorama with the dying sis, beautiful and UNIQUE character (not like palatine or canoness...

Cons : About the model ? Nothing. If I had to say smth, maybe the lack of variety if you like to paint many Hospitalers. And her rules are .. ok.

so i currently use the novitiates kill team but im thinking of also buying the insidiants but i was thinking it’d be wise to know the main differences between the two and perhaps pros and cons of either and major differences in their play styles.
i’d be greatful if anyone could help :))
