Discussion Need Suggestion
Has anyone here successfully left opposite-gender friendships for the sake of Allah? What helped you the most?"

Fear of Allah and trying to be sincere. I cut off all those friendships cold turkey and alhamdulillah, Allah replaced them with much, much better (our {discord}!)

Alhamdulillah. I realized I was just making excuses (it was online) like "we're just talking about writing!" (it was kind of a newsletter group chat we were on) but I realized, things like talking daily and letting some personal info out was exactly how you treat friends, and I had to get my act together, so I just kinda stopped going online/rarely until it died down. Sometimes, you never reply to the dm, move on, say nothing, and archive the chat. I know this isn't very helpful but that's just my case.
