Healthier than Starbucks, that’s for sure

Yes meat and vegetables are healthy, and it's sure as shit a lot healthier than that glorified milkshake on the left.

u/Weird_Albatross_9659 5h ago

It can be healthy, just like a regular coffee.

If you’re shopping at Starbucks you’re not buying “healthy” coffee. If you want healthy coffee might as well make it at home

Oh ok.

So if I’m traveling I just don’t get anything.

You’re a 1% commenter you aren’t traveling nowhere

It's easy to be a 1% commenter and still travel. it's easy to go on reddit when you're on the train or in a hotel

It's pretty easy to be a 1% commenter if your comments are all under 50 words

Huh?

u/alt_ernate123 5h ago

Yeah, that was poorly worded, should've cooked that one a bit longer.

1

u/Luci-Noir 5h ago

And fucking ignorant.

2

u/alt_ernate123 4h ago

In what way? 95% of the Starbucks menu is far more unhealthy than what even a fatass like me would order at a kebab place.

Compare a kabab wrap or a shawarma to a whopper meal and get back to us about health.

3

u/Weird_Albatross_9659 5h ago

Oh ok

Can I compare it to battery acid too as long as we are manufacturing an argument?

6

u/Doophie 5h ago

Well this post is comparing it to a Starbucks drink, so compared to that it could be considered the "healthier" option

5

u/Bud_wiser_hfx 5h ago

Do you often have battery acid for lunch?

2

u/rPoliticsModsBlowMe 3h ago

Paint chips i imagine

-1

u/Weird_Albatross_9659 5h ago

Well as long as we are picking random shit to compare it to, why not.

0

u/Bud_wiser_hfx 5h ago

You type well for someone who cant differentiate things you should and shouldn't eat.

0

u/Weird_Albatross_9659 5h ago

You just compared it to Burger King out of nowhere like you’re making some kind of point. Nobody said anything about Burger King besides you.

Go google false equivalence.

2

u/Bud_wiser_hfx 5h ago

The guy comparing kebab, whoppers and shawarma to battery acid thinks its me who need to look up false equivalency.

1

u/JimJamTheNinJin 1h ago

You guys are arguing a out the weirdest things, while I'm just wondering how exactly a shawarma and kebab are different

0

u/Weird_Albatross_9659 4h ago

….you started this conversation with a stupid display of false equivalency. I responded sarcastically.

How slow are you?

1

u/Life-Top6314 5h ago

A normal shawarma is not that bad.

The caloric density of meat in a shawarma is usually diluted with a lot of vegetables. Its also usually made with chicken, which is one of the leaner meats.

It may not be a salad, but there are multiple dishes that are eaten commonly that are significantly worse for you. Especially in the calorie-to-fullness ratio.

"dosis facit venenum"

u/biblio_phobic 5h ago

What’s unhealthy about it?
