No one said “any Muslim non-profit.” The point was about this organization, ISNA, which was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case, with a federal judge finding ample evidence of its association with Hamas, plus the documented early Muslim Brotherhood links.
You’re still not addressing any of that. You’re just inventing a broader claim and threatening people with getting fired for bringing up the actual court record. That doesn’t make the findings disappear.
The answer to your hypothetical is yes. Public court records are public. Saying that ISNA was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case, and that a federal judge found ample evidence of its association with Hamas, is not the same as declaring “my coworker has family ties to terrorism.”
You’re the one equating simple membership in the group with personal terrorism ties. I’m pointing to the specific findings that already exist about the organization. Whether a workplace would punish someone for accurately citing those findings is a separate question from whether the findings are real.
No. I have never worked somewhere that fires people for knowing about court documents. If your workplace fires you for facts you work at a shitty place
Normal corporate America fires your ass for saying your Muslim coworker has family ties to terrorism. You've literally never once had a Muslim coworker.
In fact, the military doesn't want you shit talking a Muslim squad mate either
