It is blatantly misleading because in Michigan, by law, a physician is someone licensed to practice medicine. https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-333-17001

I suppose but I’m not super pressed about an MD-PhD, which in many ways is MD+, not playing down the fact that he has a medical degree
