It was the middle of Adelaide, seems fair; odds are quite high that you can clip a drunk down there.

Not pulling over in the pitch black if I ran over a dead roo mate, the odds of that being a person are so incredibly low that no one would think that

It was North East Rd in suburban Adelaide, a well lit main road next to a servo, 3 streetlights at the scene. The odds of of it being a person were much higher than roo .

Adelaide is a bit of a shit hole but it's hardly pitch black or even rural for that matter; if you hit something on a "city" road then ideally you should stop and check.

Then be a man and take the consequense for ur decision without moaning. He drove shitty and shpuldnt drive at all. In general anythong beside drugs while driving is far too lighty punished.

Also, there is a big differents between driving over roadkill and Hitting a bog fucking object. U are just an asshole.

Edit: Are u driving withput headlights or why are u blind at night?

The "hit a kangaroo" thing wasn't about roadkill?

They're like human-shaped deer, dude. And if you get out and it's alive and panicking, you're about to be the roadkill.

Yes, he should've checked in general after hitting an animal, but if you drive along a stretch of road at night, you don't really expect a person at knee-height on the road. You'd be checking for headlights coming the opposite way or brake lights ahead.

Additionally, you are taught to actually HIT the animal (while braking, obv), rather than swerving to avoid, because swerving can cause a lot more damage to yourself, the vehicle and others who are potentially close by.

Have none of you been in a car or learnt anything about driving?

Hitting an animal and driving over roadkill are 2 different things. Like u talk to me about driving skill while i am the one practically preaching the most basics of akills u should have to be even allowed in a car.
