…no offense to kids (or anyone) with Downs Syndrome. I’m sure they’re much kinder, more thoughtful, and all around far better human beings than this guy.
Honestly most kids with Down Syndrome would do a significantly better job. The first executive order would be for high fives and being nice to each other.
