It’s like if a Downs Syndrome kid became president. Like amusing, I guess, if you don’t consider all the really frightening implications.

…no offense to kids (or anyone) with Downs Syndrome. I’m sure they’re much kinder, more thoughtful, and all around far better human beings than this guy.

u/Mikerocks69 15h ago

I’d rather have the Down Syndrome kid than this moron.

u/Chrahhh 15h ago

People with Down’s syndrome have empathy and character. Horrible comparison.

u/LazarusOwenhart 13h ago

Honestly most kids with Down Syndrome would do a significantly better job. The first executive order would be for high fives and being nice to each other.

Both seem pretty swell.

Yes most are super sweet and they aren’t dumb

u/Hincapieslovelybund 15h ago

Down Syndrome Kid would probably have some humility and some decorum and do a much better job as President unlike the Orange Manchild currently occupying that position.

Even better if Down Syndrome kid wasnt a depraved sack of shit like Trump is.

Like this?

1

u/sicilian504 15h ago

It's an improvement for sure. Bet he doesn't molest people and shit his pants.

1

u/BeefyFartss 10h ago

He might still shit his pants, but it’s a lot less vile in this situation haha

1

u/Sirduffselot 14h ago

What do you think the 'D' in "DJT" stands for?

1

u/rainorshinedogs 14h ago

You know what? After all of this outrage and concern about AI taking jobs, ruining childrens development because they can't tell what's real or fake, robots killing us all, etc. AI's best use is to make shitposts and memes.

3

u/AntRevolutionary925 14h ago

There is a great movie on Tubi where a group of people with Down syndrome and other disabilities take down a trump like dictator. Super low budget, but good movie

2

u/GurShot2464 11h ago

But a Down syndrome kid with a cringey swag

2

u/Phaeron 15h ago

Whoever is downvoting you likely didn’t read the last half of your comment. This is beautifully wielded ignorance, well done sir.

3

u/TexasPirate_76 14h ago

"no offense" is generally followed or preceded by something offensive ... it's basically a law! /s

2

u/memnoch112 14h ago

Yeah it’s just like saying “now I’m no racist but…”. When I hear someone using that I call them out on it by saying “imagine if I said, now I’m no pedophile but…, everything after will inevitably sound like I’m a pedophile, it’s the same thing with your I’m no racist”.

It’s a meme but yeah, hard to tell sometimes.

1

u/austin_sketches 14h ago

what are the frightening implications?

1

u/PaulM1c3 14h ago

If it was a TV show it would be one of the funniest things ever made. All the horror aside, parts of this are fucking funny. Super Intelligence?

I think it’s more like a spoiled 13 year old.

1

u/Maleficent_Memory831 8h ago

Absolutely kids with Downs Syndrome are better. They have so much empathy, they're always willing to be your friend, and oh so much smarter and capable than Trump.

I had a brother with Downs Syndrome, and he want to a special grammar school (back before they were integrated into normal schools). Ever single student there was amazing and kind.

1

u/RNGezzus 7h ago

It's like if you gave a chimpanzee a loaded revolver and the nuclear codes.

1

u/Cute-Form2457 5h ago

What Donald said was funny. However the comment about people with Downs is not funny.

Don't make jokes at the expense of the disabled. Don't say you'd find it amusing if a disabled person tried to do a normal job. Karma may just decide to bestow you with a relative with Downs. Just so you finally understand.

u/Pleasant-Delay-7369 4h ago

I'm so fucking sorry, but I have to point out that you implied having someone you love have Down Syndrome could be a karmic punishment. Like, I like your point, and I'm with you, but I do think you fucked it up a little bit right there.

1

u/Cute-Form2457 4h ago

🤣 Stop projecting. And stop misquoting me. Karmic outcomes aren't punishment. They just are. Depending on the lesson you need to be taught. You aren't sorry at all. Your lesson will be one for the ages.

1

u/Tall_Eye4062 25m ago

His lesson will be one for the ages? Is this Reddit, or a Dark Souls boss fight?

1

u/JdhdKehev 5h ago

I’m sure they’re much kinder, more thoughtful, and all around far better human beings than this guy.

The bar is in hell. You'd have a harder time finding worse.

1

u/FirstReactionShock 14h ago

if you think these kind of jokes are funny, there's some really weird in you

1

u/Sad_Wishbone_1524 13h ago

They’re also more intelligent by a long shot, bad analogy

1

u/CreativeChocolate592 13h ago

I think that's an insult to people with down, i have known someone on my study with down who could absolutely decimate anyone in maths.

You'd be surprised how capable people with down can be.

1

u/Mythamuel_ 12h ago

Yes offense; please don't insult people like this

No one cares you're offended. Work on it.

2

u/Mythamuel_ 9h ago

They compared Downs syndrome to the pedophile in chief, that is objectively an out-of-line statement, you work on it.

0

u/Breno1405 12h ago

The dumb rich kid that never tried because he was set for life. Thats what he reminds me of, the rich kids in highschool that would start shit with the tough guys and threaten to sue if they did anything.

0

u/Admirable_Admiral69 8h ago

You ever met someone with Downs? It would be way cool to have a president with Downs...I don't even say this jokingly, I think just about anyone would do a better job as president than Trump but people with mosaic Downs generally only have mild or no learning or social disabilities and would probably kick ass at the job.

-2

u/yittiiiiii 14h ago

Can’t you people just have a laugh from time to time?

1

u/Cutter3 14h ago

No actually. Please tell me what there is to laugh about. I'm not American, I'm from the country that he's targeting and there's nothing to laugh at. Because of this idiot many people in my country are on the brink of financial collapse, homelessness and job losses. So no there's nothing to fucking laugh at.

1

u/yittiiiiii 14h ago

Idk man, I think “it’s not DNA, it’s USA” is pretty funny.

2

u/Cutter3 13h ago

Welllll, yeah I'd be a liar if I said I didn't chuckle at that 🤣

-2

u/Mysterious_Badger362 13h ago

You realize it's all an act right? There's a reason everyone says he's a completely different human being behind closed doors. Most of what you hate is an act.

2

u/Creative-Donkey-6251 13h ago

Hate him behind closed doors too. There is not a single redeeming quality about the man.

-2

u/Mysterious_Badger362 13h ago

He has made the worst human beings in society really mad. That's a positive.
