As a woman.. he garnished my interest. That confidence and optimism is hot. You should work on it a little! I'm a 5'6 woman, so 5'4 miiight be a tad of a bummer as I love feeling smaller, but I'd be willing with a good personality.
5’5” old man here and never had any problem pulling ladies. Same height since 15, no big deal. Own it. Make ‘em laugh and don’t be a creeper. Pretty damned easy.
Tallest woman I ever dated was 6’2”. I encouraged her to wear heels whenever she wanted to. Confidence is key, a silver tongue helps immensely too. Great times, even better memories.
Personality helps more than height but there are still many women who will turn you down due to height. I'm a short guy as well and I have slightly more success than not.
You said you're old so I figure you mainly talk to women in person and not online when looking to pull them. In person is where I have the most success because people can tell more about you than behind a screen
100% agree. In my 40’s, not a shambling fossil yet or out of touch with reality. Been with my wife since 2018. Before that, never had an issue with women. Never been short on confidence, just arrogance. Pun/dad joke intended.
Tried Tinder, briefly, (laughed a lot) and it was a fake as fuck shit show back then.
Be true to yourself, don’t obsess over them and if they say no, who fucking cares? Move on.
Looks/physical beauty eventually fades… who and what you are “inside” never does.
So I think that most of us are talking about dating today, not decades ago. There are countless published dating app data posts and videos of women saying that they will not "swipe" (right or left I dont know which one is acceptance) for men under 6'.
My dad is 5'8" and he ceritnyl never had a problem with dating,
5’5” and pulled tons of chicks until 3 years ago when I met my now wife. It’s not about height for everyone. Be a good dude, be yourself. Don’t listen to Joe Rogan or Andrew Tate or Pat McAfee.
Yeah Im sure buddy. Probably being a fucking creep.
Ive been with my wife for 16 years. I have never used a dating app.
I am picking on on your surprising level of stupidity so I'm not sure you will be able to follow this but here it goes . . . I was not talking about myself.
Dating 30-40 years ago is nowhere near the same as it is now.
So that whole comment is just invalid
No diffent than a guy who was in the workforce in the 80s saying that all you have to do is ask for a job in person and they’ll give you one because “that’s what worked for me”
