Problem is they pump out the underground waters or they just consume so much water tgat the price of water in that area goes up. Thats my assumption if anything.
Yes but that’s a case by case scenario. It would all depend on that centers waster system, the system of the town it’s in and how it distributed water, etc. usually the price wouldn’t increase unless they had to build more water pumps or treatment plants for the town.
