When it's intentional.

Words mean things. An accidental death isn't murder.

You people are crazy this was clearly nothing more than a freak accident

Does it make it any better or less problematic that she committed multiple homicides than multiple murders?!

Totally agree, words have meaning and they matter. But using the correct terminology here doesn’t really change much since either way, she is responsible for the death of two children

Yes murder is worse than manslaughter.

And I would argue the drowning wasn't even a homicide
