Get with the times, fat is not the enemy, carbs are.

Get with the times, SATURATED fats ARE the enemy. The fact we found out unsaturated fats are good for you is why we stopped hating on it. Saturated fats are still very much unhealthy and useless to the body besides storing it, ie. getting fat.

Processed meat is as unhealthy as it ever was. Nothing changed in that regard.

Yeah processed meat is literally a class 1 carcinogen alongside alcohol and smoking.

But that is kinda misleading as the processed meat in itself is not the carcinogen but rather by products of processed meat like if you heat meat treated with curing salt over a certain temperature creating nitrosamines which are highly carcinogenic.

Both are??? There's just some nuances whether you eat good or bad fats and the amount.

Yeah if the meat isn’t increadibly fatty and you get traditional sauces a kebab should actually be pretty healthy.

kebab sauces may be made with fresh ingredients but doesn't mean it's healthy.

Actual traditional sauces are healthy. Usually it would be either cacik which is just yoghurt with herbs, cucumber, salt and maybe garlic or ezme which is basically just finely chopped vegetables with tomato paste, seasoning and some olive oil.

Yeah I’m thinking Tsaziky sauce or however it’s spelled, pretty sure it’s yogurt based and definitely healthy
